X-MILES is committed to delivering products efficiently and in good condition. Delivery arrangements depend on whether products are shipped locally within Malaysia or internationally.
Local Delivery (Malaysia): Delivery timelines are influenced by product type, stock availability, and destination. Estimated delivery schedules will be provided upon order confirmation. Additional charges may apply for remote locations, special handling, or installations requiring extra equipment or labour. Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure availability at the delivery location.
Overseas Delivery: International shipping rates, timelines, and logistics depend on the destination and chosen shipping providers. Customers are responsible for all import-related fees, including duties, taxes, customs charges, and regulatory compliance. X-MILES is not liable for delays or additional charges caused by customs, regulatory requirements, or third-party carriers.
Risk of Delivery: The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the designated address or collection point. Customers are required to inspect products immediately upon receipt and report any defects or discrepancies within forty-eight (48) hours to facilitate timely resolution.
X-MILES offers warranties on its products in accordance with specifications provided at the time of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal usage conditions. Coverage excludes damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.
Customers seeking warranty service must provide proof of purchase and notify X-Miles of the defect or issue promptly. Remedies under the warranty may include repair, replacement, or technical support, at X-MILES’ discretion. The warranty terms may vary by product and will be communicated at the time of sale.
X-MILES maintains a clear and fair refund policy to protect both customers and the integrity of our products. Refunds may be considered for defective products, incorrect deliveries, or cancellations made prior to production, configuration, or shipment. Products must remain unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where applicable.
Refunds are not available for installed, used, customised, or tampered products, or for digital services and completed installations. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to manufacturing defects or delivery errors. Approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer, credit card reversal, or store credit depending on the original payment method.
As an alternative to refunds, X-MILES may offer product replacement or exchange, with any price difference communicated transparently. This policy may be revised periodically to reflect operational improvements or legal considerations.

Payments may be made using any method displayed during checkout in the Platform. All payments must be made in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).

Credit purchased for EV charging services is generally considered non-refundable due to the immediate and consumable nature of the service. However, X-MILES acknowledges that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we have established procedures to ensure fair treatment for our customers. Refund requests may be considered in cases such as system errors resulting in incorrect credit allocation, duplicate purchases, or other technical issues beyond the customer’s control.
To request a refund of remaining top-up credit, customers must contact X MILES through official communication channels, providing relevant details and a request to delete the account. Refunds will be considered only for the unused balance of the account at the time of closure. Upon receiving the request, our team will review and verify the account balance and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe, typically 7–14 business days.
